Freeze-dried strains of vegan lactic acid bacteria for fermentation of plant-based food matrix. Strain 1 culture gives great results in the preparation of fresh and creamy plant-based cheese. Strain 4 culture can be used to prepare of hard and semi-hard plant-based cheese. Strain 6 culture is used at its best in the preparation of bloomy rind and blue plant-based cheese.
